I JUST GOT BACK

The December period in Nigeria like every part of the world is the period of the IJGB. Oh! You don't know the IJGB? They're the "I Just Got Back" group of people๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜Ž. You know them and I know them too, and if you happen to stay in Lagos you'll have at least one on your street.
IJGBs are mostly Yankee and UK returnees but do not remove the fact that some of them are actually Ghana, Togo, South Africa, Libya, or even Cotonou (Jand na jand sha๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜Ž), but one thing they all have in common is; na all of them dey speak phoney. Once you don dey hear
>"init"
>"okurrr"
>"I finna gonna"
>"I live in the state"
No disturb yourself again, na dem๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ
"I just got back from the state" (nobody mentions Ghana, Togo, or Cotonou though, it's always "the state"), that's their chorus. so, if you don't have time to spare; avoid them. This is important for your peace of mind dear, and because first they'll bore you with the story about "the state".
Wahala for those who never go state, December is their time of the year, and they'll start coming back from the state. Although if you ask me too, I've also been to the state; Osun state sef na state (mafejopami). Na una wey never go state I dey pity sha๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜Ž. E be like say me set go come dey tell all this boys and girl for my street about the state if I don go back for December. Make I come dey go sha๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿšถ
