HOW CONSISTENT ARE YOUR LITTLE LEGACIES

I think this topic speaks volumes but merely looking at it, you would discover it is talking about just one thing.

How often do you do the right things?

How often do you do things right?

I don't want to feel like the only one who takes my friend's task more seriously than my own. Not only me, right?

I mean, when a particular friend asks for help or I have a conjoined task with a friend, I always try to outdo the expectations.

I don't think I do this for applause or clout. It's natural for me to put all my energy into people's work while I procrastinate my own tasks until I'm ready.

I can hear some people saying "I do this too." I think most of us do. But at a point in time, do you get tired? I mean, do you feel like "Ohhh! I do this and that and get no appreciation for it."

Once you start thinking like that, I don't know, just try to do something to wave it off; pray or just think about something else. Because the best life you can live is a life of service.

There are even benefits for doing this; first, you get to earn your friends' trust. Secondly, when there is an opening in a similar field, they remember you first. This is like a reflex action, when they see an opportunity you can benefit in, they will always contact you. Thirdly, you become an expert in that thing you help them with (a skill is never a waste). Lastly, you get to lay a good legacy for yourself.

So, why not continue? If you love the service you offer to your friends, you should try and become consistent in it. There is this new trend, "The friends you make now are the people your children will refer to as connection."

Don't be tired, okay? I know you love helping people, just keep laying those little legacies.
