THE FIGHT WE MAY NEVER SETTLE

Corona virus has come and whether it goes completely or not, some things will never be the same again. No matter how much we try to hide it; some businesses may never rise again, some people will never be as they used to be (negatively or positively), some relationship will never be as they used to be. But, you see the truth is; no matter how this things turn out to be, I really do not care 🤣🤣🤣. My own concern is simply; wetin wan happen between landlord and tenant when university finally resumes😂🤭? E shock you too abi? I swear na wetin I don dey think since be that 🤣😂😀.
For almost 3 to 4months now (or even more sef), that the university community has been on lockdown, you can't but think about what is the faith of people staying outside the university campus. It shouldn't be much of a stress until you think abourrit and ask yourself that one question; how do I pay a rent for a house I didn't stay for almost a year? E dey confusing gan ni o😂😂🤣.
I was speaking to a friend of mine recently, and this guy said he had only spent 5days, in a house he had paid 200+k on. Another friend said she hasn't even resumed since the school went on break since December and her house rent expired ending of April. Now, what if school doesn't resume till next year January, who go solve the matter? 😂🤣🤣 
My own house rent sef don expire since May, but we sha still dey here dey look (but that one no concern me, lockdown sha still dey 🤭😀😀😋). Resumption go too sweet abeg 🤭
Hope you haven't forgotten that the case of "Anonymous message" is still there unsettled. Abeg everyone should just come with boxing gloves when school finally resumes, because this matters ehn, we no go fit solve am. But, if your landlord get pikin, e better make you start to dey date am now o 😋🤭😀

    The one that is paining me most is the 12months nepa bill I've paid. I asked the caretaker what would happen to the money and nigga was just laughing. Let's sha resume first.

    I was meant to pay my house rent on Sunday, we were told to go home on Friday....
    I never knew God was doing me a favour😂😂😂.

    But last week sha, my friend's landlord called him to ask for his rent....
