RECOMMENDED FOODS FOR THE RAINY SEASONS🤧.


Dear foodie 😋, how are you doing today? Honestly, I have missed you and have being waiting so long to bring this wonderful content to you.

As the world at large have or has approached the rainy seasons, every now and then the rain may pour either heavily or lightly, either way it's good for you and I and the crops.

But during these times, it's hard for one not to catch a cold, get catarrh and cough and some other body pains. And that is not just good for your health and daily activities.

In other to be the next BILLIONAIRE person, you need all the strength you can muster 😉💪.

 

DO YOU KNOW eating a good, healthy food can help you fight against cold, fever and other sicknesses that come with the cold?

So, you don't have to always take all sort of drugs in order to do so again (except need be🤧).

 

HOWEVER, BEFORE I BEGIN, WHAT KINDS OF FOODS DO YOU PREFER EATING DURING THIS PERIOD (feel free to drop it in the comments section below)?

5 DELICIOUS MEALS FOR YOUR "WEATHER FOR TWO😏😉" DAYS.


😊 However, you may choose to by yourself and your plate of deliciousness through the weather. Just make sure you enjoy yourself and stay healthy 😏.

NOTE: This list is based on the preference of others, you may or may not like it.


~ INDOMIE PEPPER SOUP

Oh, the name says it all, this is my all time favorite and that's why it came first. However, you may not like it that much. 

All you need to do is prepare your indomie with whatever protein you like and however you like it to be but this time make sure to add extra water (not too much) and put enough pepper (for the heat and taste). And ENJOY!


~ BREAD AND TEA

You see, anything hot and peppery is the game! That's all you need!

Some may prefer,something sweet but hot, and tea with bread and other side meals, is what they turn to.

This is very good too. It will warm you up and keep your body system warm too. And it safes time as well!


~ ÁMÁLÁ TÒ GBO NA PELU EWEDU ATÍ ATA DIN DIN  PELU OGUNFE (YAM FLOUR AND GREEN LEAF WITH PEPPER STEW AND GOAT MEAT😋😋😋)


This is an all time favorite for most Yoruba people and even myself (even though I'm not a Yoruba person) 😁. Although, it may not always be completely prepared and available, However, you can make do with what you have.

Eat and enjoy! Eat like no one's watching!

This meal is good because, as you're eating everything hot, you'll be sweating, plus the pepper stew, your nose will be crying for helping and dripping but your body will not even feel the weather.

You might not even be aware that the rain is still pouring because you would be enjoying yourself to the FULLEST 😏.

 

~ AKARA AND PAP/OGI (BEAN CAKE AND GROUNDED CORN)

 

This picture reminds me so much of "those days" (especially how the milk just settled on top😂😂😋) when I still used to eat this exact meal, every Saturday after morning work/sanitation.  Although now I don't do that anymore because I have come to dislike pap plus other reasons beat known to me🤦😁.

Immediately after consuming it, you may feel kinda heavy and then you'll just sleep off.

Ahh, your body will never remain the same (positively though) 😂😋😍!

 

~ HOT JOLLOF RICE


You know how this will surely end up, right? In tummy town😂😋🤸💯!

However, don't stress yourself, do what you can do and stay healthy!

Don't forget to put enough pepper in your jollof rice, you can never go wrong with pepper, or can you 😏🤧?
